Programmes

The diagnostic finds the constraint. The programmes move it.

Five programmes, each one pointed at a different constraint.

What we run

Five programmes. Chosen by the constraint, not the catalogue.

Each one has a page of its own. Exploration Days are a fixed format, so you will find the price on the page. Cohort programmes are shaped by what PRISM finds, so those are scoped and priced once we know what we are dealing with. If you are not sure which fits, do not guess. That is what the read is for.

Shorter formats

The Art of the Possible.

Not every organisation is ready to commit a day. These are the sessions that create the appetite: thirty minutes to two hours, from a keynote that shifts the room to a hands-on demonstration that has people building something before they leave.

They work as a starting point, as a board slot, or as the opening move before a full Exploration Day.

SUSY, AI Made Ready

The platform

And when it needs to reach everyone.

Facilitated programmes change the people in the room. SUSY is how the rest of the organisation catches up: scenario-based e-learning built for your sector, delivered into your own LMS, so practical skill reaches people a workshop was never going to touch, including the ones who are never at a desk to be invited to one.
