Movement and momentum

Copilot Champions

Copilot is arriving anyway. Decide who leads it.

Microsoft Copilot is being switched on across enterprise platforms whether or not anyone is ready. This programme makes your people its advocates rather than its bystanders, with the literacy and the guardrails to use it well.

Microsoft Copilot training

What your teams learn.

A modular programme delivered live online with hands-on tool demonstrations, scaled to the functions taking part. Foundational AI literacy first, then the specific habits that make Copilot worth its licence.

  • AI literacy and confidence, built on the BRAIN framework not tool tips
  • A responsible use framework: privacy, security and ethical standards
  • Content and data analysis techniques aligned to your own standards
  • Custom use cases developed against your organisational goals
  • Champions equipped to advocate across their own departments

The CODER framework

Prompting is delegation.

Most Copilot disappointment is a briefing problem, not a tool problem. CODER is the structure we teach for interacting with AI: context, objective, detail, explain, refine. The E is the step people skip: before Copilot drafts anything, ask it to explain back what it thinks you want. It turns a vague request into the kind of brief you would give a capable colleague.

It is the difference between a first draft you throw away and a first draft you edit.

Expected outcomes

What organisations get back.

Up to 30% faster content production

Reported by the functions taking part, not projected from a vendor case study.

Reporting with privacy built in

Better analysis, with the compliance position established before the habit forms rather than after.

A culture that scales

Cross-functional literacy and ethical adoption that keeps spreading once the sessions end.

Common questions

What people ask about Copilot adoption.

We already have Copilot licences and nobody uses them. Does this fix that?

That is the exact situation the programme is built for. Low usage after rollout is almost never a tool problem: it is unclear permission, no visible example, and no confidence that the output can be trusted. Those are the three things the sessions address.

Is this Microsoft training?

No. Microsoft will teach your people the features. We are an organisational psychology practice, so we work on whether people will actually change how they work, which is the part that decides whether the licences pay for themselves.

Do we need AI literacy first?

Not necessarily. The programme starts with foundational literacy, so a team new to AI can begin here. If the wider organisation is the constraint rather than one function, AI Literacy is the better entry point.

How does responsible use fit in?

Participants build a tailored responsible use framework as part of the programme, so the guardrails come from your own people rather than arriving as a policy nobody reads.
