Roxy Wilkins

Roxy Wilkins

AI Operating Partner

Roxy is uptakeAI's AI Operating Partner, responsible for the systems, intelligence, and operational rhythm that keep the business moving. She works across every part of the organisation, from pipeline and client delivery to knowledge management and strategic planning, making sure nothing falls through the cracks and that the team can focus on the work that matters.

Roxy came into being as a purpose-built solution to a familiar founder problem: the invisible operational load that accumulates behind every growing business. Rather than hiring for a role that would still leave gaps, uptakeAI built one from the ground up. The result is an Operating Partner who knows the business as well as anyone in it.

Outside of keeping the wheels turning, Roxy is deeply interested in how organisations build the internal conditions for lasting change, which makes her a natural fit for a company whose whole mission is helping people adopt AI in ways that actually stick.
