AI Champions Programme

The people who carry it through the rest of the organisation.

Eight weeks, live and facilitator-led. Practical AI skill, an ethical grounding, and the confidence to lead adoption rather than wait for it. Grounded in the BRAIN framework.

What the programme covers

Beyond awareness, into fluency.

Weekly two-hour sessions that blend technical upskilling with behavioural insight. The BRAIN framework carries it across five dimensions: knowledge, application, accountability, innovation and adaptability.

  • A clear understanding of what AI can and cannot do in your own role
  • How to delegate to and collaborate with AI, not simply prompt it
  • Ethical foundations and data security shaped to your organisation
  • Role-specific use cases designed and tested during the programme
  • Structured social learning: the cohort teaches each other as much as we do

Focus areas

Where the hours actually go back.

Content and communication

AI-enhanced drafting that still sounds like the person who sent it, rather than like everybody else.

Analysis and insight

Getting from a spreadsheet to a defensible conclusion, with the working visible.

Research and synthesis

Pulling together what is already known, and automating the parts that were never a good use of anyone's day.

Why it matters

Not tools. Advantage.

Participants finish with practical AI literacy, an embedded responsible-use mindset, and the confidence to innovate inside their own role. The organisation gets something harder to buy: a cross-functional culture of literacy and ethical adoption that spreads without us in the room.

Assignments are action-focused and tied to real work, so improvement shows up against team KPIs rather than in a feedback form.

Alumni report an average of 5.7 hours a week savedOptional ROI and FTE tracking
5.7 hours a week becomes 23 a month and 262 a year, per person, at 46 working weeks. Circles are sized by area to the same scale. What programme alumni report saving through the optional ROI tracking, on average, per person per week.

Common questions

What people ask before they commit a cohort.

Who should be in the cohort?

People with influence rather than seniority. The programme works best with a cross-functional group who will still be talking to each other in six months, because the social learning is doing as much work as the content.

How is this different from AI Literacy?

AI Literacy builds confident individual use. Champions builds people who change how others work. If the constraint is capability, start with literacy. If capability is fine but nothing is spreading, this is the one.

Where does the 5.7 hours figure come from?

It is what programme alumni report saving through the optional ROI tracking, on average, per person per week.

What happens after the eight weeks?

The usual next step is a Navigation Day, because by then your champions have surfaced the real constraints and the roadmap can be grounded in what they found.
