What people ask before they book.
Which format should we choose?
If your leadership team is not yet aligned, start with Executive Alignment. If the constraint is further down the organisation, Culture & Capability reads it properly first. A PRISM diagnostic answers this before we recommend anything, which is why we usually suggest starting there.
Does it have to be in person?
In person wherever possible. The value comes from the discussion in the room, and that is materially harder to create remotely. We will run it online where travel is genuinely impractical.
How many people can attend?
Up to 15 for Executive Alignment and the Navigation Day, up to 25 for HR Use Cases. Beyond that the hands-on exercises stop working.
What do we actually leave with?
A shared language, your prioritised use cases, a responsible AI framework tailored to your organisation, and your own AI narrative. Written down, not implied.
Can the days be combined?
Yes. Packages are available across the Exploration Day, the Navigation Day and the AI Champions programme. The usual sequence is explore, then build champions, then navigate.
